TG Order Audit is operated by Two Guys, Presumably, LLC. This describes the free pilot and proposed paid service.

Files and reports

CSV files are parsed in your browser. Selected order IDs and numeric fields are sent over HTTPS to calculate your report. We do not store those report inputs or report results in our product database. Do not include customer names, addresses, card details, or other personal information. Original files remain on your device.

Pilot feedback and contact

The feedback form stores your message, selected test result and selling setup, submission time, feedback reference, and a short campaign source label when present. An email address is optional and is used to reply to your feedback. A separate, unchecked option lets you consent to one follow-up pilot test; submitting the form does not subscribe you to a newsletter. Do not paste customer records or financial files into feedback. These submissions are available to the operator, not displayed publicly. Feedback expires after 90 days and expired records are removed during subsequent form activity. Use the same form with your feedback reference to request removal sooner. Hosting providers may retain separate technical records.

Account and payments

Sign-in is provided by ChatGPT. We store a site-scoped account identifier, Stripe customer and subscription identifiers, billing/access status, webhook event identifiers, and short-lived request-limit counters. Daily aggregate counts distinguish sample reports, free reports, paid reports, and checkout creation without retaining the report's order IDs or amounts. Stripe processes payment details; card numbers do not pass through our application. Hosting and payment providers may retain their own technical or transaction records.

Browser storage

Pro mappings and saved period summaries are stored in this browser only. Use the clear controls or your browser settings to remove them. Download a backup if you need a separate copy. No cross-device synchronization is provided.

Retention and access

Operational account and payment identifiers may be kept while needed for access, billing, and dispute handling. We do not claim that backups or provider transaction records are immediately deleted. Rate-limit rows expire and are removed during later requests; aggregate daily counters are eligible for removal after about one year. No advertising tracker or third-party analytics script is included in this build.
