Read this before mapping your exports
Gross received includes customer-paid shipping and tax, before separately mapped discounts and refunds. If your export already subtracts tax or discounts, leave those optional mappings at zero. Fees and refunds are required: add explicit zero columns if there were none. Costs can contain different shipments for the same order; identical duplicate rows are rejected for review. IDs match exactly after trimming. Consolidate item-level sales to one row per order. No native platform adapters or fee estimates are assumed.

Will my store exports work directly?
Map columns from UTF-8 comma-separated CSV files. Sales require one row per order. Costs can contain different shipments per order. Native Etsy, Shopify, and Printify export adapters are not verified or included. Consolidate item-level exports and use the sample templates when necessary.
What happens to my data?
Original files are parsed in your browser. Selected order IDs and amounts are transmitted to the server to calculate the report but are not stored in the product database. Saved mappings and period summaries remain on your device. Hosting providers may retain technical request logs. Exclude customer personal details.
Does it replace bookkeeping software?
No. It cannot detect expenses absent from your files, reconcile bank accounts, exchange currencies, or file taxes. Results depend on correctly mapped per-order USD totals. See the mapping instructions before importing.
How do subscriptions work?
The proposed Pro plan is $12 USD monthly. Enrollment is disabled in this build. Once launched, Stripe hosts checkout and billing management. Verified payment enables Pro; cancellation preserves access through the paid period. Failed payments or expired subscriptions do not receive Pro access. A refund or dispute of the current invoice puts access under payment review.
